The husband of Deborah Vilas Boas Pires da Silva, victim of a shooting on Linha Amarela, an important expressway in Rio de Janeiro, last Tuesday (18), mourned his wife’s death in a post on social media.
“I am completely destroyed mentally and psychologically,” said Wallace Souza in the publication this Wednesday (19). The couple had been together for 11 years.
Deborah also leaves behind her daughter Maria Alice, a 7-month-old baby. “A princess who came to make us happy,” wrote her husband.
In the post, he confessed that today will be the hardest day of his life. “My life partner became a little star. How much we built together, we dated, went to college, grew professionally, got engaged, and entered into a stable union and the result of all this was the arrival of our Maria Alice!”
Wallace also expressed gratitude for the joys together and wrote that, even though it is not easy, together they will be able to get through this situation. “You are and will always be Light wherever you go. I promise you that I will continue your legacy as a mother to Maria Alice,” he said.
Finally, not believing Deborah’s death, the husband says: “How long will families be destroyed by violence?”
