Eight cases of the new coronavirus variant, first identified in India, have been identified in Israel, and considers that Pfizer / BioNTech vaccine is at least partially effective in that regard, an Israeli health official said today.
Initially, seven cases of the Indian variant were detected in Israel last week in persons who had arrived in the country from abroad and who have since undergone preliminary examinations, as broadcast by AMPE.
