The success of number 344 on Rua Amaral Gurgel is the combination of several factors: a menu of those small, accurate and with very fresh products prepared by the chef Pablo Inca ; cordial and no-frills service; relaxed and at the same time cool atmosphere on a rooftop overlooking the Minhocão; letter of signature drinks signed by Gunter Sarfert ; and menu of wines handpicked by sommeliers Gabriela Monteleone and Camila Ciganda .
