Condé Nast announces the first European collaboration of Vogue involving Italy, France and Spain. The arrival of summer brings the three editions to represent their own idea of a Mediterranean paradise, immortalized in the covers through Pantelleria in Italy, Saint Tropez in France and Ibiza in Spain; summer must-sees that illustrate the celebration of joie de vivre with their mix of culture, nightlife, gastronomy and an aesthetic that reigns within the framework of global trends.
The project, unique of its kind, includes three editions, each with a different cover, which tell a unique Mediterranean perspective of Italy, France and Spain with a common vision of summer. A space is dedicated to the guide of the most interesting new addresses in the Mediterranean, from art galleries, to resorts and restaurants.
“In a divided world, it is essential to remember the things that unite us. Seeing these three iconic editions of Vogue come together to celebrate the shared cultural point of contact that is the Mediterranean, while celebrating local communities and independent producers, is a moment of great pride for me as the European Editorial Director, “he said. Edward Enninful.
The three numbers include an interview with Simon Porte Jacquemus as a paradigm of the Mediterranean-inspired stylist, and at the same time enhance the local communities of Vogue, giving space to the voices of local artisans and designers who share their personal creativity rooted in the Mediterranean.

Vogue Italia talks about the Mediterranean starting from an exclusive interview with Gabriele Salvatores that, more than 30 years after the release of the film that earned him the Oscar, speaks of the film, of course, but also of what our sea represents today. What if Armani talks about his Pantelleria, Camille Miceli – Pucci’s new designer – reveals her childhood memories linked to Capri. She is then given voice to many brands engaged in social and sustainability projects linked to the protection of the marine environment, and to the new designers from North Africa who are enriching fashion with new styles and their cultural contribution. We also talk about our sea retracing the history of aquatic symbols in fashion, from the lobster dress by Schiaparelli of 1937 to the contemporary metropolitan sirens of Versacewhich have always, and still today, fascinate the world of fashion.
