Contraception and sexuality: gine-infuencers land on Instagram

Yet, we all know that correct information at all ages is essential for a safe emotional sphere and above all for the protection of women’s health. Of course, social networks and the web can provide simple information, but not always correct.

For this, it is important to study campaigns or projects that communicate in a serious, competent and captivating way. How “Love letters: contraception from A to Z”, the social project studied by Bayer, which aims to continue the dialogue with women, creating an open “place” on social media, in which to deepen and share knowledge and experiences, linked to the emotional and sexual sphere.

The profile was born on Instagram @PuntoGine, therefore, on purpose to dispel myths, reassure, and speak freely with a simple and immediate language, such as the alphabet. Hence the letters from A to Z: each letter will be a topic of discussion and study that the team of gynecologists enlisted for the occasion will launch to followers, from A for “Love” to Z for “Zero risks”, passing through the G of “Pregnancy”, the O of “Ovulation”, the U of “Uterus” and so on.

A communication campaign that will allow young people to interact from home with “The gynecologist friend”, which is always confirmed as one of the reference points for the health of the female public. We all know that going to the specialist to eviscerate any doubts regarding one’s health or sexual behavior is the right thing to do, but in the meantime, starting to inquire about these issues, also, why not, through a social network like Instagram is a first step towards a more conscious sexuality, therefore more free and fun.
