Copacabana Palace promotes 8 hands dinner with starred chefs

This Friday (30), a star chef team dominates the kitchen Pergola restaurant of Copacabana Palace for one exclusive eight-hand dinner .

served in six harmonized steps the menu is made up of creations from João Melo, in front of itself Pergola along with Nello Cassesse executive chef of Cup It’s from Cipriani it’s from Elia Schramm and Lucas Lemos of Babbo Osteria .

Dinner welcomes diners with four snack options inspired by recipes from each house.

Entrance is by Elia Schramm, who presents her scallop carpaccio, vinaigrette, “green wasabi apple”, mini vegetable pickles and dill.

The third stage is carried out by Nello, who prepares the Risotto Acquarello, with lentils, smoked burrata and Aperol.

Then it’s time for the shrimp and pumpkin doppi ravioli, bisque, coconut and cilantro by Lucas Lemos.

Brasato with wine with red onion confit and asparagus is the main course, prepared by the hands of chef João Melo.

To finish off, the dessert is a struffoli with red fruits and native honey, ricotta ice cream with crunchy “Brutti ma Buoni”.

The occasion is in partnership with the Italian restaurant Babbo Osteria and the Italian winery Antinori, in which sparkling, white, rosé and red wines from France and Italy are paired with the dishes.
