The victim is 15-year-old Savannah Graziano and the incident took place on September 27, 2022 in California. But the case has come back into the limelight, as journalist Joey Scott secured revealing, hard-hitting police helicopter footage of what happened. The New York Post reports that the teenager's mother, Tracy Martinez, had divorced her father, Anthony John Graziano.
