Cora Restaurant invites Helena Rizzo and other great chefs to celebrate 1st year

And to celebrate this first year with a full house every day, Cora prepared a week with special guests.

The celebration begins in the second week of August with a dinner next Monday (8). Helena Rizzo , chef in charge of Maní restaurant (the house has just joined the list of the 100 best restaurants in the world by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2022), is present in Cora’s kitchen. Beside Willem Vandeven your executive chef and the host chef Pablo Inca the three worked out a menu in five stages.

Continuing, Tuesday (9) will be marked by the synergy between cocktails and bar snacks. The house welcomes the bartender Gabriel Santana, who abused his creativity to prepare unique drinks for the occasion.

At the same time, classics and authorials that have already been on the menu at Cora, such as the famous fugazetta, the corn, cheese and sheep dumpling with cane molasses and the pork belly and membrillo buñuelo, will be back to set the pace for the night. .

On Wednesday (10), the protagonists of the night are fresh and organic vegetables, brought directly from Fazenda Santa Adelaide, by the French David Ralitera, which will serve vegetarian and super creative dishes. For dessert, the unusual combination of beets, chocolate and yogurt ice cream is among the options.

Finally, to close the week, the 11th and 12th (Thursday and Friday) will be a meeting between Argentine friends. Equally from the city of Jujuy, as is the in-house chef Pablo the chef Juan Chañi (ex-Mugaritz), identifies himself as a lover of the land and believes that nature and cuisine need to have a synergistic relationship.

For both nights, they prepare dishes to share together, such as the lamb guateado or the chicharrón de octopus, mote and llajua.
