Coral announces to the investing public that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting on 01.06.2022 accepted the resignation of Mr. Thomaidis Georgiou from 31.05.2022 from the position of Vice-Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors and decided not to replace the resignation. , in accordance with article 18 of the Company’s Articles of Association.
