Corgi dogs competed on Saturday (19) in a classic annual race of the breed at the Musselburgh Hippodrome in East Lothian, Scotland.

The event, called Corgi Derby, had Juno, four, as a winner.
Reacting to the dog’s victory after the race, Juno’s owner Alisdair Tew said: “She was ninth between 12 last year. So there was a little improvement.” He added, “Let’s present her with goodies later.”
Corgis Tew and Juno were congratulated by Scottish tennis coach Judy Murray, who presented them with a trophy and treats.
First launched in 2022 to celebrate Queen Elizabeth II’s platinum jubilee, the race was created to celebrate the breed that was the deceased monarch’s favorite, according to the organizers.
