Police and crime Commissioner Alison Ernandez apologized after saying – inadequate – that many corpses were found in a forest area of Cornwall, focusing on homicide investigation. During a meeting of the responsible Police and Crime Committee on Devon and Cornwall, Ernandez said that “dead bodies” were found in the Sterker area, near St. Ostel, and that investigations are continuing to determine the exact number, according to the Guardian.
