Coronavirus: Another 243 deaths recorded in Mexico

An additional 243 patients with coronavirus “extinguished” in the last 24 hours at Mexico, with the Ministry of Health announcing that an additional 3,282 cases have been recorded, with the toll of the pandemic in the country of 126 million inhabitants reaching 229,823 dead so far out of a total of 2,448,820 infections.

The Mexican government acknowledges that the official report, the fourth heaviest in the world, is undervalued. Data on over-mortality published by the Ministry of Health recently showed that deaths due to COVID-19 are at least 60% more than confirmed.

Coronavirus: Slight increase in cases in China

China has recorded 35 new cases coronavirus in the mainland on June 11, compared to 22 a day earlier, as announced today by the country’s health authority.

Of the new incidents, eight were local, according to the National Health Committee. All local transmission infections are found in the southern province of Guangdong.

Until yesterday, the China had a total of 91,394 confirmed cases, with the death toll remaining at 4,636.
