Coronavirus: Breaks US hospitalization record after one year

The USA broke the record for the number of people treated with coronavirus, with nearly 146,000 covid-19 patients currently occupying a hospital bed nationwide, according to data released by the US Department of Health on Tuesday (11/1).

Among them, almost 24,000 people are hospitalized in intensive care units, transmits APE-MPE.

The previous record was more than 142,000 people in hospital and was set on January 14, 2021, almost a year ago.
