The facility is in Frankfurt, at Germany, and are operated by Sanofi-Aventis Deutschland GmbH, according to the RES EIA. The other location is in Hamelin, also in Germany and is operated by Siegfried Hameln GmbH.
Both factories will produce final product and will supply up to 50 million additional doses the 2021.
These approvals do not require a decision of the European Commission and the sites can operate right now, reports ΑΠΕ ΜΠΕ.
