Coronavirus: what restrictions are there in Catalonia as of Monday, November 23?

Libraries, museums and exhibition halls will not be able to exceed half of their capacity in sections 1 and 2, while in the third and fourth they may reach 70%.

Sport activities

The facilities may not exceed a capacity of 50% if they are outdoors and 30% in closed spaces. The changing rooms will be closed if there is no pool. The gyms They must request an appointment with their clients.

From the second section, the indoor facilities will also be able to occupy half of its capacity, while the outdoor activities will be able to do it at 70% in phases 3 and 4.

Commercial activities

The shops, regardless of their size, will open at 30% (without a capacity limit for essential goods stores, pharmacies, opticians or veterinary centers). From section 2, the percentage rises to 50%.

The malls remain closed in this first phase, they will open at 30% in sections 2 and 3, and at 50% in the fourth.

Telework is recommended throughout the de-escalation and congresses, conventions and fairs are suspended.
