Cosina Nokton D35mm F1.2 lens designed for Nikon Z cameras

A description of a new lens for cameras of the Nikon Z system appeared on the Cosina website. The Nokton D35mm F1.2 model in APS-C format was developed and produced in accordance with a license agreement with Nikon. This allowed full support for electronic connection to compatible cameras. As a result, unlike most Cosina lenses, the Nokton D35mm F1.2 lens transmits EXIF information to the camera, it will work with the camera’s built-in image stabilization and various focusing functions. Let’s clarify that the lens is focused manually, but interaction with the camera allows, for example, confirming focus with the indication in the viewfinder. The lens is designed for APS-C format cameras, but it can also be used with full-frame cameras if the DX crop mode is selected.
