The new romance Nicholas Sparks titled as “Counting Miracles” was launched in Brazil this Thursday (3). The author has written more than 20 romance books — all of which made the New York Times bestseller list — and eleven have been adapted into films.
This time, it was no different. This Wednesday (2), the author shared that the book has already become number 1 on the New York Times bestselling books list. “This incredible milestone is made possible by each and every one of you. Your support and enthusiasm mean a lot to me. Thank you for this incredible journey,” he mentioned while giving credit to his fans.
In “Telling Miracles,” Sparks tells the story of an army officer, Tanner, who is given a mission by his grandmother: to find his place in the world and discover the identity of his father.
In addition to the military plot, the author will also tell the story of Kaitlyn, a doctor and divorced mother, and Jasper, 83, who leads a reclusive life in his cabin, haunted by a tragedy that occurred decades ago.
“As the destinies of the three characters converge, they find themselves caught in a web of emotions, secrets and difficult choices. Although none of them expect a miracle, perhaps something extraordinary will change their future forever”, quotes an excerpt from the synopsis.
The book is now available for R$55.80 in the printed version and R$33.24 for the Kindle. On Amazon, the release is also on sale in the audiobook version for R$39.99.
