Country singer Lígia Fernanda Gonçalves, known as Nanda Ferraz, died after overturning her car, on the afternoon of this Sunday (14), on the Vicinal Luiz Carlos Brandolezi highway, in Bady Bassit, in the interior of São Paulo, near São José do Rio Preto .
The causes of the accident are still unknown.
According to the Public Security Secretariat (SSP), the Civil Police are investigating the death of the 34-year-old country singer. In a statement, the SSP stated that Military Police were called to the scene of the accident, where they found the victim's body outside the vehicle, lifeless.
Forensic examination was requested to investigate the facts and the Police Report was recorded as rollover at the Cedral Police Station.
Friends and family published tributes to the singer on their social networks. “We had the pleasure of meeting and singing with you Nanda, such a happy person, partner, wonderful singer and super mother, it is difficult to receive the news that you are gone”, said Bruna Bermudes.
Other singers also paid tribute to Nanda Ferraz on social media. The wake and burial will take place at the São João Batista cemetery, in São José do Rio Preto.
