THE end of year special Friends which brings together feminejo artists Ana Castela, Lauana Prado, Simone Mendes and the duo Maiara & Maraisa will be broadcast on open TV this Wednesday night (18).
Presented by Rafa Kalimann, the program celebrates the friendship of the singers, who performed several country music hits sung by women. The special will start at 10:40 pm, on TV Globo and free of charge on the broadcaster’s streaming service.
With their hats, boots and shiny, metallic looks, they sang “ Nosso Quadro ”, “ Cobaia ”, “ Medo Bobo ” and “ Erro Gostoso ”, as well as classics from different aspects of country music presented by the artists in new feats.
The event refers to the group that started on Globo’s end-of-year special in 1995, and originally brought together the duos Zezé Di Camargo & Luciano, Chitãozinho & Xororó and Leandro & Leonardo.
Country music was also honored in SBT’s end-of-year special, Embaixador’s Christmas, presented by singer Gusttavo Lima and with appearances by Hugo & Guilherme and Leonardo.
