The court emphasized that Jason Stone and the entire KeyFi administration are prohibited from using the Tornado Cash cryptomixer or any other tools to hide the location of property that can be used to satisfy claims in the bankruptcy case of a cryptolender.
In addition, the court ordered KeyFi to provide the interim administration of Celsius with a report on the company’s income and expenses every two weeks.
As a reminder, Celsius and KeyFi have been involved in a legal dispute for some time now, with both sides making counter-charges. Jason Stone sued Celsius alleging mismanagement and fraud. In response, Celsius filed a counterclaim against KeyFi and its founder, accusing them of theft, loss and laundering of large amounts of cryptocurrency.
