The court also declared that the strike was abusive and imposed a fine of R$100,000.
“The majority declares the abusiveness of the strike, imposes a fine of 100 thousand reais for the abuse of 2 days of stoppage, grants an adjustment of 12.47%, rejects the other clauses, determines an immediate return to work with a discount of 1 day of stoppage.”
The decision on the end of the movement, however, still depends on the union assembly.
