A young man who was tortured and forced by agents of the Civil Guard of Itapecerica da Serra to performing oral sex on another suspect will be compensated in the amount of R$200,000.
The decision was made by the Court of Justice of São Paulo, which ordered the city of Itapecerica da Serra to pay compensation. The case occurred in August 2023.
