Businessman Luís Cláudio Lula da Silva, son of President Lula, must keep his distance from his ex-wife, a 29-year-old doctor, and leave the apartment in which they lived together, according to a decision by the São Paulo Court of Justice (TJ-SP) .
The content of the decision was informed to the CNN by lawyer Gabriela Schievano, who defends the victim.
According to her, the Court accepted the request for a protective measure after his ex-wife filed a police report, this Tuesday, at the São Paulo Civil Police Women's Station, accusing Luís Cláudio of physical and psychological aggression.
A CNN contacted Lula's son's defense team about the content of the decision and is awaiting feedback.
A CNN also contacted the TJ-SP, which informed that it could not provide details as the process is being carried out under judicial secrecy.

The victim, who had been in a stable relationship for two years with President Lula's son, claimed in a statement that since the end of January she had had a disagreement with her partner and that, on one occasion, Luis Cláudio had elbowed her in the stomach.
The complainant also told the police that, on several occasions, she suffered psychological abuse with Luis Cláudio insulting her with insults such as “slut, fat, ugly and mentally ill.”
To the police, the woman also told that she had not registered a police report previously, as she would have been intimidated, “since the perpetrator of the attacks is the son of the President of the Republic” and would have used these conditions to threaten “to end her soul ”, in addition to saying that no one would believe his narrative.
The woman was removed from work for a month due to the trauma caused by the attacks, according to the police report. The document also states that she was hospitalized with anxiety attacks.

This Tuesday, the doctor made a series of posts on the social network Instagram alluding to the president's son's ideology, which was not followed at home.
After the case gained repercussion, she made another post, now deleted, where the doctor asked people not to link the case involving Luis Cláudio with President Lula. “Please leave Lula and his family alone. He has nothing to do with it”, says an excerpt from the message.
In another section, the doctor says: “Stop holding family members responsible for the evil of a 40-year-old adult man. They are totally different people. Respect the Lula family,” she says.

In a note published on Instagram, before the Court's decision, President Lula's son, Luis Claudio, published a text signed by lawyer Carmen Silvia Costa Ramos Tannuri with the following content:
“As Luís Cláudio Lula da Silva's lawyer, we became aware of the fanciful statements that were made by the doctor, attributing untrue and fanciful attacks to our client, whose lies fall within the types of crimes of slander, insult and defamation, in addition to respond for compensation for moral damages, which is why the relevant legal measures will be taken.”
