The penalty takers win, the closures remain, the yellow zone we will see again at the end of April. It remains, at this point, to ask what it will be possible to do for Easter and Easter Monday. Not much, of course, since we will all be back in the red zone. But let’s understand better what is written in the decree n. 30 of March 13 and the clarifications published on the government website.
Who can you invite home, go for lunch with friends, take a walk in a park?
The decree law n.30 of March 13 establishes that the 3, 4 and 5 April all of Italy will be in the red zone, without any distinction between the various regions.
A three-day mini-lockdown, like at Christmas, with which the government hopes to avoid large lunches and various gatherings.
Some concessions, however, have left it. In fact, on April 3, 4 and 5, it will be “allowed only once a day to move to another inhabited private house in the same Region, between 5 and 22, for a maximum of two people, in addition to those already cohabiting in the home of destination. The person or two people who move will still be able to bring with them children under 14 (or other children under 14 over whom the same people exercise parental authority) and disabled or non self-sufficient people living with them “.
Bars and restaurants will remain strictly closed, although take-out and home deliveries remain permitted.
Going to lunch with friends will also be allowed. The rules are clear: the return home is still governed by the curfew and therefore must always take place between 5 and 22, throughout the national territory. If you want to have dinner, the only way is to stay and sleep with the host. This cannot be prevented, but it is strongly discouraged.
And Easter Monday? Again the situation does not improve. Walks “are allowed, as a motor activity, exclusively in the vicinity of one’s home “. But precisely on this, in the Faq, it is specified that “it is allowed only if it is carried out individually” and it is obviously mandatory to respect the distance of at least one meter from every other person and wear personal protective equipment.
However, it is specified that it is allowed in parks and public gardens “The access of minors, even together with family members or other people habitually living together or appointed to care for them, to play areas in parks, villas and public gardens, to carry out play or recreational activities outdoors”.
