No more paper certificates. Since last February 7 the certification of vaccination exemption anti Covid-19 is released exclusively in digital format. This is to allow easier and faster verification of the QR Code through the Verification C19 application or other automated systems as is the case for vaccinated citizens.
It is worth mentioning that the exemption it is not equivalent to Green Certification, in short, it is not a green pass. It is indeed true only in Italy, until the date indicated on the certificate, although it can obviously be used to access where a green pass is required. That is practically everywhere, from bars to gyms to public offices and workplaces.
Until February 27th it will still be possible to use paper exemptions, which will then no longer be accepted. Whoever is in possession of it will be able to contact the certifying doctor which will issue the client with a new attestation. For twenty days, from 7 to 27 February, it will therefore be possible to use both the previous paper certifications and the new digital ones.
Who can get the exemption
All those who, due to the presence of specific clinical conditions, they cannot be vaccinated or for which vaccination should be postponed at a more appropriate time. The validity of the exemption therefore varies according to the reason for which it was issued.
Who can certify the exemption
At the request of the client, they can certify the exemption from the Covid-19 vaccination free of charge i vaccination doctors of the vaccination services of the companies and bodies of the regional health services, the doctor of general medicine o pediatrician of free choice of the patient, the doctors Usmaf (those who work at the borders) or doctors Sasn (those assisting the seafaring and maritime personnel) operating as part of the national vaccination campaign.
Each exemption contains a Cueva unique vaccination exemption code necessary to download the digital exemption certificate with the QR code. The well-known code will also be sent via text message or email to the addresses indicated by the client Authcode, which can be used as an alternative to the Cuev code to download the certification. These two codes must also be exhibited by the exempt to take advantage of the free execution of rapid antigen tests in the pharmacy.
How to download the exemption
The exemption certificate can be downloaded online with Authcode or Cuev; through theapp IO accessing with Spid or digital identity card; fromImmune app or through the electronic health record. All this if the health card was provided during the application phase. Otherwise, only online by entering the document provided and the two codes already mentioned.
