Coxinha, Bauru and pastel are among the best foods in the world on an international platform

After Canasta and Coalho cheese were among the 50 best cheeses in the world according to the Taste Atlas other national delicacies entered the international spotlight.

This time, the drumstick O Bauru and the Fair Pastel are among the best foods in the world according to new rankings updated on the international platform’s social networks. The lists are made according to the audience’s own evaluations.

Described by the gastronomic encyclopedia as a “crunchy croquette stuffed with chicken meat and cream cheese that is molded into the shape of a chicken leg, then breaded and fried”, the coxinha currently appears in 30th place in the ranking of the 50 best street foods in the world.
