Create the Impossible takes Boca Rosa, former BBB and scientist to talk to young people

On June 3, students from public schools from all over Brazil will participate in the Create the Impossible 2022 event, in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul. The meeting will have 11 speakers, including influencer Bianca Andrade, scientist Jaqueline Goés and former BBB and professor João Luiz, who will give testimonials to inspire students with the theme of entrepreneurship.

The initiative is a partnership between the NGO Ambassadors of Education and Sebrae RS (Brazilian Service to Support Micro and Small Companies in Rio Grande do Sul), and has the support of the MRV Institute, the Localiza Institute, Alicerce Educação and the Estádio Riverside.

The lectures will take place at the Beira-Rio stadium for 10,000 students and will be broadcast live simultaneously to public schools across the country. About 100,000 students are expected to join the broadcast.

Meet the speakers

Among the speakers are the businesswoman influencer Bianca Andrade, Boca Rosa, the scientist Jaqueline Goes of Jesus, the businessman Edmar Ferreira entrepreneur and former football player tinga the founder of the Favelado Investidor project, Murilo Duarte, Professor of Geography and former BBB João Luiz Pedrosa the comedians Isaiah and Gustavo Tubarão the rapper MC Sofia the dancer and choreographer Ramana Borba and the teacher and influencer Noslen Borges .

The influencer Boca Rosa, was born and raised in the Maré community, in Rio de Janeiro (RJ), studied at a public school and worked for a while as a makeup artist, became an entrepreneur and earned more than R$ 120 million in business, 26 years.

Jaqueline Góes, on the other hand, became internationally known for being responsible for sequencing the DNA of the coronavirus in Brazil.

According to the co-founder and CEO of Ambassadors of Education, Guilhermina Abreu, the project seeks, through the stories of the speakers, to bring positive references, open perspectives and awaken dreams in young students.

Abreu says that guests who were invited to hold “the most inspiring talk of their lives” donated their fee to make the initiative viable.

The event also encourages young people to participate in the Empower journey, in which students identify problems in their schools and communities and create solutions that have the power to change their future.

In the last three editions, Crie o Impossível reached 50,000 students from public schools in 3,000 municipalities across Brazil, with 170,000 hits in the remote edition (2020), broadcast on the official TikTok channel in Brazil and on the NGO’s YouTube channel. , and the young people who joined the Empower journey have already received more than R$ 1 million in full scholarships, according to the organization

This year, Empower’s projects must meet the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and, at the end of the day, outstanding students will receive more than R$ 10 million in full scholarships to learn English, exchange, attend a college, among others.
