The Ministry of Finance is proceeding today, February 10, with the payment of a total amount of 4 million euros to 1,537 property owners (unit VAT number), resolving, as previously announced, outstanding issues for reduced rents for the period November 2020 – July 2021 .
In particular, the following are credited to the bank accounts:
– 444 property owners (natural persons) amounting to a total of 117,274 euros, with which the State covers 50% of the rent reduction for November and December 2020.
– 673 property owners an amount totaling 579,610 euros, with which the State covers up to 80% of the rent reduction for January 2021. Of the above amount, approximately 275,643 euros relate to 553 individuals and about 303,967 euros relate to 120 legal faces.
– 648 property owners an amount totaling 584,269 euros, with which the State covers up to 80% of the rent reduction for February 2021. Of the above amount, approximately 271,091 euros relate to 539 individuals and about 313,178 euros relate to 109 legal faces.
– 567 property owners an amount totaling 499,006 euros, with which the State covers up to 80% of the rent reduction for March 2021. Of the above amount, about 227,815 euros concern 480 individuals and about 271,191 euros concern 87 legal faces.
– 579 property owners an amount totaling 528,280 euros, with which the State covers up to 80% of the rent reduction for April 2021. Of the above amount, approximately 230,025 euros relate to 486 natural persons and approximately 298,255 euros relate to 93 legal faces.
– 447 property owners an amount totaling 593,261 euros, with which the State covers up to 80% of the rent reduction for May 2021. Of the above amount, approximately 236,713 euros relate to 323 individuals and about 356,548 euros relate to 124 legal faces.
– 891 property owners an amount of a total of 1 million euros, with which the State covers up to 80% of the rent reduction for June 2021. Of the above amount, about 454,163 euros concern 668 individuals and about 553,917 euros concern 223 legal entities.
– 31 property owners an amount totaling 16,799 euros, with which the State covers up to 80% of the rent reduction for July 2021. Of the above amount, about 7,019 euros concern 20 natural persons and about 9,780 euros concern 11 legal faces.
Therefore, for the reduced rents for the period March 2020 – July 2021, offsets have been made with taxes and payments of a total amount of 812 million euros.
Beneficiaries will see the credit in their accounts until the evening, depending on the credit flows of each bank.
It is pointed out that 236 property owners, who are entitled to a total amount of 201,500 euros, could not be paid today, because they have not declared an IBAN account at myAADE (myaade.gov.gr). These beneficiaries will receive a notification from AADE, in order to update their IBAN account.
