Masten Milimo Wanjala, 20, was arrested last Wednesday for the murder of two children, whose bodies were found in a wooded area in the capital Nairobi, as it became known.
In a shocking confession, however, Wanjala admitted to killing at least 10 children.
“The killer explained the gruesome details of how he lured the victims before taking his life from the innocent children“, Said the authorities.
The target of the “blood-thirsty vampire” were children aged 12 and 13.
The man allegedly sedated his victims and removed them blood from their body before killing them.
The killings began five years ago with a 12-year-old girl who was abducted in the Machakos area east of Nairobi.
Some of the victims were strangled and some bodies have not been found.
“The killer, who is unrepentant for his actions, told detectives he was taking great pleasure in killing his victims.”, according to police.
