The first hearing in the assault case against actor Rafael Cardoso was scheduled for April 17th. The threat charge will be judged in the 9th Special Criminal Court, in Barra da Tijuca, west of Rio de Janeiro.
The actor is accused of attacking the manager of a bar, on the 26th. The case was investigated by the Barra da Tijuca Police Station.

Now a hearing will be scheduled at the Special Criminal Court to attempt a compromise or conciliation between those involved. If there is no conciliation, the Public Prosecutor's Office may present a proposal for a criminal settlement, which may be a monetary benefit, a voluntary service or any alternative measure. Once these phases have been overcome, the MP presents a complaint and the process is initiated so that he can be judged”, explained the delegate.
According to a report from the bar employee to the Civil Police, on the day of the attack, the actor arrived in a car at high speed and braking heavily in front of the establishment, which would have frightened customers.
