Now a hearing will be scheduled at the Special Criminal Court to attempt a compromise or conciliation between those involved. If there is no conciliation, the Public Prosecutor's Office may present a proposal for a criminal settlement, which may be a monetary benefit, a voluntary service or any alternative measure. According to a report from the bar employee to the Civil Police, on the day of the attack, the actor arrived in a car at high speed and braking heavily in front of the establishment, which would have frightened customers.
