Two armed men invaded a hospital in the interior of Bahia and shot dead a patient who was in the x-ray room. The case occurred last Sunday (28) in the city of Brumado, approximately 535 km from Salvador. One of the suspects was arrested.
According to the police, the two criminals entered the municipal hospital Prof. Magalhães Neto pretending to be patients. They allegedly approached a nurse to obtain information about the patient they were targeting. They then went to the x-ray room, where they found Filipe Batista Lobo, who was shot and died at the scene.
Hospital security cameras recorded the criminals entering the unit. In the images, it is possible to see the moment when the two armed men hurriedly enter one of the hospital corridors. A few minutes later, the individuals return through the same corridor, after having committed the murder.
From another angle, the suspects even point a gun at a hospital employee. After being threatened, she enters a nearby room while the pair escape.
