“It was painful, it’s been 45 years of trying to control it,” he said in a video published on his Instagram profile. “Nowadays I have a support network, with a nutritionist, nutritionist, but I suffered a lot. At the time I gained weight, at 15 years old, I I already suffered from fatphobia both from society, and from some of my family”, she continued.
“And at that time it was explicit, so they would come up to me and say ‘wow, you’re fat’, ‘wow, you’re ugly’.”
Cristiana Oliveira went through “crazy regimes” until finally finding medical support. “There were several ups and downs that brought me to the point of caring for myself,” she wrote in another post.
