The actor Kieran Culkin 42, won the category of Best Supporting Actor by paper like Benji in the movie “The true pain.”
Kieran did not attend the awards, because she was doing Broadway rehearsals, and the actress Lupita Nyong’o, who announced the winner, was the one who represented him on stage.
The feature portrays two very different cousins that decide to follow a trip through Poland to honor their grandmother. The journey of David (Jesse Eisenberg of “Master’s Trick”) and Benji (Kieran Culkin of “Succession”) takes an unexpected course when the old tensions between them resurface in the family history.
“The True Pain” It has script and direction from Eisenberg. In addition to the two actors, they complete the cast: Will Sharpe, Jennifer Gray, Kurt Egyiawan, Liza Sadovy and Daniel Oreskes.
The film hits US theaters on November 1st, but has no confirmed release date in Brazil.
THE 30th Critics Choice Awards ceremony took place this Friday (7) and had the presentation of the actress, comedian and TV presenter Chelsea Handler responsible for conducting the event for the third consecutive time.
