OKX security experts admitted on Twitter that the exchange’s system crashed due to intermittent server issues. Half an hour after the notification was published, technical specialists fixed the failure, and the trading platform resumed work. The exchange team apologized for the inconvenience caused and asked users to contact the support team if they notice any deviations.
All services have resumed. If you notice any abnormalities, please inform us immediately. We apologize once again for any inconvenience caused.

This is not the first time OKX has reported outages. In December 2022, the trading platform encountered technical errors that prevented clients from withdrawing funds. The failure arose due to the unavailability of the Alibaba Cloud service. The exchange was able to resume making deposits and withdrawing funds only the next day.
At the end of last year, the marketplace introduced a Proof of Reserve Report (PoR) to ensure that customers can ensure the safety of their funds.
