They referred to the key indicator – the annual difference between the volumes of applications for the purchase and sale of altcoins. In December 2024, the metric became positive, which coincided with local peak. Since then – only a decline. Now the indicator is $ 36 billion, which indicates: “Investors in altcoins have disappeared from the market,” the report said.
According to Cryptoquant, current values indicate a complete lack of interest on the part of investors in most digital assets, except Bitcoin and Ethereum. Against the background of bitcoin growth above $ 100,000, other assets behave as if there are still cryptosima in the market, experts noted.
