In fact, after the strongest earthquake of 6.8 Richter, a tsunami warning was issued on the southeastern coast of Cuba. The stronger of the two tremors occurred at 18:49 on Sunday evening – Greek time – (11:49 in the morning local time), as announced by the US Geological Survey (USGS) and the Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC).
