After Itaú, it is now the turn of Nubank customers to report platform instability this Friday (4). On social media, they complain about possible problems with the bank’s application.
Monitoring website Downdetector recorded that complaints started around 11am and peaked at 12pm. The most reported issues were account balance (68%), transfers (22%) and mobile app login (10%).
In a note, the bank says that part of the customer base found fluctuations in some services this Friday morning. “We regret what happened and inform you that operations are gradually returning to normal,” he said.
For some Twitter users, the Nubank account also said it was working to normalize the service as soon as possible.
