CVM warns of websites that try to raise investor funds irregularly

The Superintendence of Relations with the Market and Intermediaries (SMI) of the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) warned this Thursday (17) about the irregular actions of four different websites that seek to raise funds from investors in Brazil for investments in securities. furniture.

According to the municipality, the sites identified with the irregularities are: fervoption.com, xbinaryoptions.com, hmarkets.com and marceloferreirafx.com.

These web pages would be maintained by different people and companies.

The municipality warned that there are indications that the company Hantec Capital Group Holdings Limited would be responsible for the website hmarkets.com.

Through partnerships with people operating in Brazil, it sought to raise funds from investors residing in the country for investments in securities.
