Cycling is good for you: in the Blue Flag municipalities you go by bike for Dynamo Camp

Two million kilometers they are quite a challenge, even for the most trained cyclists. And they are a good challenge for Valentina, a guest girl at Dynamo Camp in the summer of 2019who with her homesickness (which seemed to her “two million kilometers away”) gave the idea for this beautiful charity project, in which distances are bridged by working together, and also having fun.

The challenge of Dynamo Camp, which offers free “recreational therapy” programs to children with serious or chronic conditions and their families, they decided to collect it the Blue Flag Municipalities 2023who will participate in the charity initiative this year 2 million kmin which every turn of the pedals on the saddle is a small gift to this beautiful reality that gives a smile to many special children every day.

You pedal and give, you give and pedal. This is done, for this fourth edition of the event, in all the realities that have received the international recognition of the Foundation for Environmental Educational, the one that with its sea-colored flag certifies every year the quality of the waters and the tourist services of the beaches . “The collaboration with Dynamo Camp allows us to give substance to the parameters of environmental and social sustainability and inclusiveness for the Blue Flag Municipalities, in line with our adherence to the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development”, he explains Claudius Mazza, President of FEE Italy / Blue Flag.

From the Tyrrhenian to the Adriatic, from Forte dei Marmi to Pescara, in all the Blue Flag Italian municipalities it will be possible to take up the challenge of the 2MdiKM of Dynamo Camp, associating the fundraising with the kilometers travelled. To join, just register on the site 2 millionkm.dynamocamp.orgby paying the participation fee of 10 euros. For each km traveled and recorded, the minimum donation will be 10 cents. For ranking purposes, every kilometer will earn one point, while every euro donated will earn ten points. The ultimate goal is to reach the two million kilometers travelled, thanks to the help of all the participants.
