A a 35-year-old woman was found dead early Sunday morning in her bedroom in an apartment in Cyprus and more specifically in the Germasogeia River in Limassol. The unfortunate woman from Ukraine was spotted by her friend who was looking for her.
As it states sigmaliveciting the RIK, the 35-year-old had given no signs of life and her worried friend entered the apartment with the help of the manager of the apartment building to find herself in front of the macabre sight.
According to the coroner’s autopsy, it is a criminal act and specifically drowning.
Based on evidence found at the scene evidence emerged against a 25-year-old Turk.
The Police have issued a warrant for his arrest and he is wanted.

The Police are looking for Erkan Alkan, 25 years old from Turkey, to facilitate investigations, regarding an investigated case of premeditated murder, committed between the dates 6-7/5/2023 in Limassol province, with a 35-year-old woman as a victim.
