The Larnaca Police arrested a man who appears to be recorded in a video that is making the rounds on the internet, causing outrage.
The 43-year-old Greek Cypriot against whom an arrest warrant was issued is recorded in the video kicking a woman, who had an infant in her armsand then moving aggressively towards other persons who were at the scene at that time.

The suspect is expected to be interrogated and then it will be decided whether he will be brought before a Court for the issuance of a detention order. The woman is expected to be taken to the Police to give a statement about the incident, reports the cyprustimes.gr.
According to the police, the incident took place in an area near the port of Larnaca. For the infuriating video, the Attorney General contacted the Chief of Police.
