The strippers club dancer Daniel Phillip was one of the witnesses heard by the jurors on the first day of judgment of the case of Rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs, 55, on Monday (12).
He said he was paid to have sex with Cassie Ventura on several occasions, describing what his interactions were like. According to the statement, Diddy drove Phillip and Cassie while they had sex.
When asked, Phillip said they used baby oil every time he was with Cassie and Combs, and rapper instructed them to use more. Sometimes the couple asked Phillip to take the items before finding them to sex, he witnessed.
The dancer witnessed an occasion when he ventured instructed him to urinate in it. Combs was masturbating while that happened, he said.
Phillip said he often did not use condom while he had sex with Ventura, and he presented a STD history at a point to check his health.
He also witnessed that Combs recorded them having sex on an or two occasions, using a phone and a camcorder.
