Danielius Stasiulis: Soon we will see the massive introduction of cryptocurrencies in the social network

The head of the cryptocurrency education platform BitDegree believes that the integration of cryptocurrencies on Twitter is only the first step for the expansion of digital currencies into social services.

Danielius Stasiulis said in an interview that digital assets will become part of our lives thanks to social networks:

“In the next five years, we will see the massive adoption of digital assets across all major social platforms. We can see the beginning of this today, especially on the crypto community’s beloved Twitter. I heard that Instagram is also moving fast with the intention of adding NFTs to their platform.”

According to the head of BitDegree, very soon we will see new generations of digital property rights platforms:

“I am confident that by 2027 we will reach 1 billion cryptocurrency holders. I hope that the space will become much more comfortable, safe and stable. Looking back at how the cryptocurrency market looked five years ago, I am confident that we are moving in the right direction. There may be some bumps along the way, but we are building a new world that will be much more inclusive and accessible.”

The metaverse is already here, Stasioulis says, we just don’t know how to find it. Already now, in various crypto-ecosystems, there are elements of how the metaverses will soon change the way people interact in the digital world, the head of BitDegree is sure. He is convinced that higher education institutions should teach cryptocurrencies to students:

“Cryptocurrency is going mainstream – during one of my school visits, I asked sixth graders if they knew what cryptocurrencies were, and to my surprise, 70% said they did, 50% own cryptocurrencies, and 30% make money in GameFi.”

Real Vision TV CEO Raoul Pal believes that big Web2 companies such as Facebook, Meta, and Twitter will integrate Web3 within five years and will be fully integrated into the Metaverse soon.
