The news was announced during the listening party for the album “Vulture”, which Kanye West released in partnership with Ty Dolla $ign. The event took place in the city of Phoenix, in the US state of Arizona.
“I've been working on an album and it's called 'Elementary School Drop Out',” said the 10-year-old girl.
