Today (Sunday 24/3) is a day of national mourning in Russia following the massacre at a concert hall in Moscow, the deadliest attack on Russian soil in two decades, claimed by the Islamic State group. “The whole country mourns with those who lost loved ones in this inhumane tragedy,” Russian public broadcaster Russia 24 reported this morning.
