Daymak has launched a fundraising campaign to launch the serial production of the Spiritus Ultimate electric vehicle. It has an unusual three-wheel design and, according to the manufacturer, will become “the fastest three-wheeled electric vehicle in the world.” A two-seater vehicle should accelerate to 100 km / h in 1.8 seconds.
A deposit of $ 100 to $ 50,000 allows you to pre-order and buy a discounted EV when (and if) it goes on sale.
Prices for Spiritus Ultimate start at $ 149,000. This version will receive a battery with a capacity of 80 kWh, providing a range of 480 km, an autopilot function and other delights. The Deluxe version with a 36 kWh battery can travel 290 km without recharging and is more modestly equipped. But it also costs much less – from $ 19,995.
The campaign is scheduled to end on 23 July and production is expected to begin in 2023. The authors of the project hope to receive 50,000 pre-orders.
