Two Chinese citizens were killed amid strong winds and rains on Sunday in Thailand, when the tropical storm of Uafa hit the country in Southeast Asia, the Chinese state -run news agency Xinhua reported today. One was killed by a tree that fell because of the strong winds on the island of CA Hen (ed: known as Coral Island) in the province of Phuket and the other was dragged by a power and drowned as he swims in the sea in the province of Kraby, Xinhua added, citing a Chinese Consulate.
