Luam Silva, son of Ornaldo da Silva Viana, mourned his father's death on social media. “The feeling I carry is one of deep sadness and anguish. A gigantic feeling of injustice inside me. I hope justice is done!”, published Luam. Ornaldo died in the early hours of Sunday, after his car was hit by a Porsche on Avenida Salim Farah Maluf, in the Tatuapé neighborhood, in the East Zone of the city of São Paulo.
Businessman Fernando Sastre de Andrade Filho, driver of a Porsche 911, which collided with the back of Ornaldo's car in the early hours of this Sunday (31), went to the police station on the afternoon of this Monday (01), accompanied by his mother and two lawyers. He had fled the scene of the accident.
In a long story on social media, the son recalls moments with his father: “I also think about the times when you took me to school on a bicycle, I remember the days when you taught me how to drive. I remember when you told me how difficult things were, I didn't imagine that these things would end so quickly, because if I had known, I would have enjoyed every minute with you.”
“Father, I will always love you! I ask that you protect us from above and always guide us. I keep asking myself why the world is so unfair to take you, I keep wondering what things will be like from now on… I also wonder how I will fulfill my dream which was that one day you will see the family that I will build in the future? You see your future grandchildren… My God! As? If you are no longer with us?”, Luam is indignant.
Fernando's defense sees what happened as a “fatality” and claims that the businessman did not flee the scene. “Fernando was already duly qualified by the military traffic police, having been released by the Military Police so that he could be taken to the hospital.”
