Degusta Tijuca reaches its 3rd edition with a delicacy festival in the North Zone of Rio

From veterans to newcomers to the gastronomy of Rio de Janeiro a 3rd edition of Degusta Tijuca brings together delicacies from bars, restaurants and chefs in the North Zone of the city during the Proclamation of the Republic holiday.

Between the 12th and 15th of November, the 2,200 m² Arena Tijuca, on Rua Uruguai, between Rua Conde de Bonfim and Avenida Maracanã, is the stage for the gastronomy and music festival.

Around 20 exhibitors present empadinhas, sandwiches, acarajés, cocadas, wines, shakes and craft beers packed to the sound of jazz, bossa nova and samba. THE entry is free with the sale only of food from the stalls.

Houses such as pig spirit , with croquette sandwiches from R$30; The Blue Collab from the chef Rafa Ramos , which serves its smoked cheeseburger for R$35; and the chef Rosa Perdigão with your palm oil smell which features pasta made from black-eyed peas with a filling of vatapá, caruru and smoked shrimp for R$20.
