The new service can be issued and paid for on the website or in the mobile application when the parcel arrives at the department. The press service of the company reported that the average delivery time at the testing stage was 31 minutes.
Customers of the Russian Post can choose a time convenient for them, pick it up by courier, from a branch or a post office. In this case, it is not necessary to present a passport and fill out receipts. It is also possible to call a courier to your home, he will pick up the package, issued in advance and prepared for dispatch.
At the moment, the service is available only in Moscow. Residents of the capital have already used such delivery more than 100 thousand times. Soon the delivery of parcels from offices in an hour will be launched in St. Petersburg, and by the end of the year – in other large cities of Russia.
